We are proud to offer Gentle Dental Savings Plan in our dental office. Our In-Office Savings Plan was designed to take the frustration out of paying for your dental care. It saves you money while ensuring that your routine dental care is covered.


As a participating member, all the preventive care you need, including your exam, cleanings, and x-rays are covered 100% in our office. If you need or desire additional dentistry, you will enjoy a 10% savings on the cost of general and major dental procedures

Pricing

You pay an annual fee of only $349 for the first member of your family and only $299 for each additional family member.


Your membership includes a 12-month benefit period.

Program Guidelines

  • The plan cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan
  • Plans are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • No refunds or premiums will be issued if a participant decides not to utilize a dental plan
  • Patient’s portion of bill is due on the day of service


Program Exclusions and Limitations

This program is a savings plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:

  • In conjunction with another dental plan;
  • For services for injuries covered under workman’s compensation;
  • For referrals to specialists;
  • For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind;
  • For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile medical.
