Dr. Zackery R. Simons is a proud East Texas native, originally from Longview. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry. With a strong foundation in both science and clinical excellence, Dr. Simons brings a thoughtful, patient‑centered approach to every aspect of his work. 

Since joining the practice in 2019, Dr. Simons has become a trusted provider known for his calm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high‑quality care. He is also certified in Invisalign, allowing him to offer patients modern, discreet orthodontic solutions and expand the range of services available within the practice. 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Simons values community and family. He and his wife, Paige, were married in 2020 and have since made Tyler, Texas, their home. Together, they enjoy building their life in the area and taking advantage of everything the community has to offer. 

Outside the office, Dr. Simons enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He is an avid golfer and tennis player, and he especially loves relaxing with his dog, Finn. Whether he’s on the course, on the court, or enjoying time with family, Dr. Simons brings the same dedication and positivity that his patients appreciate in the dental chair.

Dr. Keith O. Gerber is from Queen City, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science from Howard Payne University in 1991 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Gerber was on the dean's list each semester while at Howard Payne and Baylor. Also in 1993, as a member of the National Society of Dental Practitioners, he received the Law and Ethics Award in Dentistry. Dr. Gerber has been in private practice since 1993 and his current location since 1996.

Dr. Gerber is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Smith County Dental Society, East Texas Dental Society, and Better Business Bureau. He has donated to and volunteered with the Texas Mission of Mercy and the Bethesda Clinic in East Texas.

Dr. Gerber is a twin. He and his high school sweetheart, Dottie, have been married since 1987. They raised their two sons and a daughter on a small farm in Troup, enjoying daily care of various animals. Dr. Gerber enjoys gardening and perfecting his homegrown smoked pepper sauce recipe. He appreciates the blessing of his family and the love and fellowship of his church, as well as the many lifelong relationships he has with friends. 

Dr. Travis DuVall was born and raised in Lufkin, Texas, bringing true East Texas heart to his work. After graduating from Hudson High School, he attended Texas A&M University, earning a degree in biomedical sciences and developing a passion for the intersection of science and patient care. That passion led him to the Woody L. Hunt School of Dental Medicine in El Paso, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national dental honor society—an honor reserved for the top graduates in the country. 

Dr. DuVall’s approach to dentistry centers on genuine connection. He believes patients deserve a dentist who listens, explains, and treats them like family. That same warmth is evident outside the office as well. When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll likely find him experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, playing golf, traveling, staying active, or enjoying the outdoors through hunting. He’s also known for swapping stories, sharing photos of his latest culinary creations, and trading recipes with fellow food lovers. Whether perfecting a dish or a smile, Dr. DuVall brings dedication, curiosity, and genuine care to everything he does.
